Scoping conversation
A first call to understand the problem you are weighing up. We try to leave you with a clearer view, regardless of whether the next step involves us.

2 to 4 weeks
Diagnostic engagement
A focused look at one specific question — typically an AI readiness audit or a strategy refresh on a particular initiative. Senior-led, written up plainly.

6 to 10 weeks
Strategy engagement
A board-ready AI strategy or portfolio prioritisation. Co-authored with your executive team. Tied to a credible delivery plan you could actually start the following month.

12 to 24 weeks per initiative
Delivery engagement
Hands-on build, alongside (not instead of) your engineering teams. Production AI systems, not prototypes. Operational handover, not a final invoice.
How staffing works
The consultant you read about is the consultant who shows up.
Every engagement is led by a named member of the roster. We do not staff with junior associates we have not introduced. If the named lead is not available, we will say so before the engagement begins.
