How we work
Three things we do, and do not.
We staff senior.
Every engagement will be led by a named consultant from the roster on this page. No junior associates billing time on your project.
We don't plan to subcontract.
The engineers who deliver our work are AITG employees who also build our two in-house products. If we plan it, we intend to ship it ourselves.
We size to the question.
A two-week scoping engagement is the right shape for many problems. Twelve-week strategy engagements suit others. Open-ended retainers are not how we work.
We speak plainly.
Reports are written to be read by both the chair of the board and the engineer who will implement them. If we cannot say it in plain language, we haven't understood it yet.
