aiconsultant is the senior consultant roster operated by AITG Sdn Bhd, the Malaysian company behind Ai Teragrid. We are deliberately small. Engineering, products, and advisory share the same team.
The arrangement
The roster sits inside AITG Sdn Bhd (registration 202601016521 / 1678618-W), the Malaysian operating company behind the Ai Teragrid family. We share engineers, infrastructure, and a leadership team with the rest of the business. We share two in-house products — Teragrid Ai Platform and Teragrid Agent — that quietly power the delivery work.
That arrangement matters because most consulting firms have drifted away from execution. A roadmap that has never been built has no calibration to reality. Ours is calibrated by the engineers who built our products.
What we believe
The named consultant is the consultant.
If the page on this site says Rex is leading your engagement, Rex is leading your engagement. We will not staff his work to someone you have not been introduced to.
Plain language is a discipline.
If we cannot explain a recommendation in language the chair of the board would use, we have not understood it well enough yet. Our reports read like our conversations.
We say no when it fits.
If we are the wrong help for what you are doing, we will say so on the first call. Sometimes we recommend someone else. Sometimes we recommend the project simply not happen.
